Orders are processed after payment has been confirmed. Available shipping options and costs are shown at checkout.

Estimated delivery

Estimated delivery is usually 7–15 days after dispatch. This is an estimate, not a guarantee. Transport delays, peak periods, customs processing, public holidays, weather, and local delivery conditions may affect timing.

Tracking

When tracking is available, the real tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout. We do not promise a fixed carrier or same-day shipping.

30-day non-delivery protection

If an order has still not arrived 30 days after dispatch, contact lululusz88@gmail.com with the order number to request a full refund.

Discreet packaging

We aim to use discreet outer packaging where available. Required customs, carrier, or safety information may still appear on parcel documentation.
