1. About LALA DOLCE

These Terms of Service apply to the online store operated by 深圳市拉拉朵奇贸易有限公司, a company established in the People's Republic of China, trading under the brand LALA DOLCE. For purchases made directly through this Store, your contract of sale is with 深圳市拉拉朵奇贸易有限公司. A separate New Zealand entity may also operate under the LALA DOLCE brand through other sales channels. Unless expressly stated otherwise, that entity is not the seller for purchases made directly through this Store. Our contact email is lululusz88@gmail.com. 2. Eligibility and adult products

LALA DOLCE's store rule is that adult products and related adult content are available only to people aged 18 years or older. By using this store or purchasing an adult product, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. Do not allow children or other underage people to use, access, or purchase adult products.

3. Products

We aim to provide accurate product titles, descriptions, images, prices, and specifications. Product appearance and colours may vary slightly between screens and devices. Product availability, specifications, and packaging may change where reasonably necessary, but we will not use these Terms to allow an unqualified change to the essential characteristics of a product after an order has been confirmed.

Products are for personal use unless we expressly agree otherwise. Follow the manufacturer's instructions, use products only as intended, and stop using a product if it is damaged or appears unsafe. Products are not medical devices unless the product page expressly states otherwise. We do not make unsupported medical, therapeutic, treatment, enlargement, or performance guarantees.

4. Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order is a request to purchase. An order is accepted when LALA DOLCE sends an order confirmation or otherwise confirms acceptance. We may reasonably decline or cancel an order where stock is unavailable, there is an obvious pricing or description error, payment fails, fraud is suspected, delivery is restricted, or the order would create a legal or compliance issue.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will refund the corresponding amount using the original payment method or another appropriate method. We will contact you using the information provided with the order where reasonably possible.

5. Prices and payment

All prices on our Store are displayed in New Zealand dollars (NZD). We do not currently charge New Zealand GST on direct purchases made through this Store because the seller is not currently registered for New Zealand GST.

If our New Zealand GST registration status changes, we will update our tax treatment and related disclosures as required by law.

Prices shown are the amounts charged by us, excluding any separately disclosed delivery charges or other charges shown before checkout. Where we arrange delivery on a duties-paid basis, import duties, border charges, or similar import costs that we have agreed to cover are included in the amount shown or otherwise disclosed before checkout. We will not describe those amounts as New Zealand GST unless GST is actually charged in accordance with New Zealand law.

Payment information is processed by our payment service providers. An order may not be accepted until payment has been authorised or otherwise confirmed.

6. Shipping and delivery

Delivery estimates are estimates only and may be affected by stock availability, customs, weather, carrier operations, or other events outside reasonable control. Where LALA DOLCE arranges delivery, responsibilities under applicable New Zealand consumer law remain unaffected.

If an order is missing, damaged, or unreasonably delayed, contact LALA DOLCE at lululusz88@gmail.com so we can investigate and work with the relevant delivery partners. Nothing in these Terms transfers to you a responsibility that cannot lawfully be transferred.

7. New Zealand consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies rights or remedies available under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, the Fair Trading Act 1986, or any other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or modified. If any term conflicts with a non-excludable consumer right, that right prevails to the extent of the conflict.

8. Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are handled under our Refund and Returns Policy. That policy does not limit rights or remedies for faulty, damaged, incorrect, not-as-described, or otherwise legally protected claims.

9. Website use and content

You may use the store only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with the store, compromise security, infringe another person's rights, or submit false or misleading information. We may correct genuine errors and update store information, but we will not use this clause to remove rights that apply to an order already accepted.

10. Shopify and third-party services

Shopify provides ecommerce technology that helps us operate this store. The sales contract for products purchased through the store is between you and LALA DOLCE. We may use payment providers, couriers, fulfilment partners, technology providers, and other third parties to provide services connected with your order.

Our Store is hosted by Shopify. Shopify may process information about your use of this Store in order to provide ecommerce, security, personalization, analytics, advertising, and other enhanced services. Where Shopify Network Intelligence is enabled, these services may use information from your interactions with this Store together with information from your interactions with other merchants and Shopify. Information may be shared with Shopify and other service providers, including providers located in other countries, where necessary to provide these services.

Links or optional tools supplied by third parties may be subject to that third party's terms. This does not remove or reduce any responsibility LALA DOLCE has under applicable law.

11. Website availability and product information

We aim to keep the store information accurate and the website available, but online services can be interrupted by maintenance, technical faults, or events outside reasonable control. Any technical disclaimer applies only to the extent permitted by law and does not exclude consumer guarantees or remedies for products supplied by LALA DOLCE.

12. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, each party is responsible for losses caused by its breach of these Terms or other unlawful conduct. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability, rights, or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986.

13. Ending or changing these Terms

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version for future use. Changes will not retrospectively remove rights that apply to an order already accepted. If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, it will be read down or severed only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by New Zealand law. Any dispute should first be raised with LALA DOLCE so that the parties can try to resolve it directly, without limiting any right to use an available legal process.
